Anthony J.. DeGirolamo

Anthony J. DeGirolamo, Esq., graduated from The Ohio State University College of Law in 1992 where he was a managing editor of the Ohio State University Law Journal.  He was Law Clerk to the Honorable James H. Williams in the Canton Bankruptcy Court from 1992-1994.  Attorney DeGirolamo began practice with Brouse & McDowell, L.P.A. in Akron in the Banking and Bankruptcy Group.  He also practiced with Roetzel & Andress, L.P.A. in the Bankruptcy Group, and McDonald Hopkins, L.P.A. in Cleveland in the Business Restructuring Group.  He has been a sole practitioner since 2002 practicing primarily in the area of business reorganization and Chapter 11 bankruptcy. He has been a Chapter 7 Panel Trustee for the United States Bankruptcy Court, Northern District of Ohio, Canton, since August of 2003.  He is a frequent speaker and chair of the White Williams Bankruptcy Seminar sponsored by the Stark County and Summit County Bar Associations, and has presented at seminars for the Cuyahoga County Metropolitan Bar Association and the Columbus Bar Association.
